- Select a template, PDF file (monochrome or colour printing)
- Download the selected file on your computer
- Move the motif you want to print inside the blue field
- Send us the file with your file
PREPARING THE FILE
- Print with a scale of 1:1
- Provide us with a motif in a vector format
- Specify the colours in PANTONE
- Minimum font size: 10 pt, vector format
- Minimum thickness of the line: 0.35mm
YOUR FILE SHALL CONTAIN
- The quantity of ordered sheets
- The material used for printing (REQUIRED IN ORDER TO USE THE RIGHT GLUE): cotton, nylon, polyester, polypropylene, polyamide, cotton blends, etc.
- The colour of the desired material (white, coloured)
- If you require printing for softshell or sports clothing, please let us know so that Subliblock printing can be used
SCREEN PRINT INFORMATION
- Transfer temperature: 165 degrees Celsius (cotton)
- Transfer temperature: 130 to 150 degrees Celsius (nylon, polypropylene, polyamide, cotton blends, etc.)
- Transfer duration:10 to 12 seconds
- Transfer pressure: 2 to 4 bars
- Removal: cold
- Washing temperature: max. 60 degrees Celsius
- Production period: 5 to 7 working days (subject to availability of our capacities, can also be faster)
SPECIFIC COLOURS (neon, reflective) SHALL BE CHARGED AS TWO-COLOURED PRINTING
