General terms
We work under the following system: “Your payment is your order”
- You send us the template you want printed (pdf file)
- You send us the data required to issue a pro-forma invoice (company name, company address, vat identification number, registration number, etc.).
- We verify your data
- We send you a correction and pro-forma invoice
- As soon as you confirm the template and pay the pro-forma invoice, your screen prints are sent to your address within 5 to 7 working days (depending on the duration of shipping).
Delivery
You receive your ordered textile screen prints by mail. They are shipped via dpd express mail or austria post all over europe. Postage is subject to their price list in force.
