What are screen prints?
Screen prints are semi-finished products. the motif is printed on a substrate and then transferred onto textile via a heat press.
What do you need to transfer screen prints?
You need an either manual or pneumatic heat press because our screen prints are appropriate for both types.
I want to print a smaller motif. how should i prepare the file for the required sheet size?
The area available is the blue field. within this field, you can enter various motifs or more than one equal motif that will be cut into the final format in the end prior to the transfer. this ensures maximum utilisation of screen prints and a low price.
What is the maximum print screen sheet size?
The maximum size is d screen (printing area: 298x450mm). all data are provided with the sheets.
Which files can be used for printing screen prints?
Depending on the motif, the following formats can be used:
vector: pdf, svg, cdr, ai and eps.
pixel/photographs: jpg, png, tiff. the sent files need to have a high enough resolution (min. 300dpi) in a scale of 1:1 and appropriately marked with the required colours that shall be printed. please note that digital printing does not facilitate precise reproduction of colours according to the pantone system.
What if i am not satisfied with the quality of my product?
Many of our clients are satisfied with the quality of our products, so we are positive you will be too. in the event you are not, you can file a claim within 8 days from receipt of your products.
